HypnoJoJo Terms & Conditions
1. User Accounts
Users are permitted to create accounts on our platform, HypnoJoJo. By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The information requested during the registration process may include, but is not limited to, full name, username, password, email address, and contact information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activity that occurs under their account. Users agree to notify HypnoJoJo immediately if they suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security on our platform.
HypnoJoJo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain inaccurate, false, or incomplete information. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in activities that violate our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to, activities that infringe upon the rights of others, involve fraud or deception, or use the platform in a manner that is not intended by HypnoJoJo.
By creating an account, users also acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all actions taken under their account, whether or not they are the ones who have undertaken such actions. Users must not share their account details with others or allow others to access or use their account. HypnoJoJo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to comply with these obligations.
Please note that users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on HypnoJoJo. By creating an account, users represent and warrant that they are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the HypnoJoJo platform.
2. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property Rights
At HypnoJoJo, we encourage our users to express themselves and share their unique perspectives by creating and uploading their own content. This can include a variety of formats such as text, images, videos, and other multimedia. We believe that this user-generated content greatly enriches our community and enhances the overall user experience.
However, it’s important to clarify the rights and responsibilities associated with user-generated content. When users create and upload content to our platform, they retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that they hold in that content. In other words, what belongs to users stays theirs.
Despite this, by uploading, posting, or otherwise sharing your content on our platform, you are granting HypnoJoJo, LLC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This license is necessary for us to operate and provide our services. For example, it allows us to display your content to other users, modify it for technical purposes like ensuring it displays correctly on different devices, and distribute it through various channels like social media or other promotional methods.
Please note that this license continues even if you stop using our services. However, you do have the ability to delete or remove your content from our platform, which would effectively terminate our license for that specific content.
We also reserve the right to remove or modify user content for any reason, including user content that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies.
We ask that all users respect the intellectual property rights of others when creating and sharing content. Posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others can lead to termination of your account. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at admin@hypnojojo.com.

4. In-App Purchases, Goods, and Services
At HypnoJoJo, we aim to provide a comprehensive and engaging user experience. As part of this, we offer the opportunity for users to make in-app purchases and buy goods, items, or services directly through our platform. These could include additional features, premium content, digital goods, physical merchandise, or other services that enhance the user experience and interaction with our platform.
All transactions are conducted securely, and the specifics of what you’re purchasing, including the associated costs, will be presented to you clearly before you finalize your purchase. We want to ensure that all our users are fully informed and confident in their purchases.
However, it’s important to note that all purchases made on our platform are final. Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot be undone. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any goods, items, services, or in-app purchases, except as required by law or as explicitly stated at the point of sale. This policy is in place to prevent exploitation of our systems and to ensure fairness for all our users.

Finally, please be aware that we reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate in-app purchases, goods, items, or services at our sole discretion, with or without notice. If we do so, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any related issues.
5. Subscription Plans
At HypnoJoJo, we offer a variety of subscription plans to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our users. These subscription plans provide users with access to premium features, content, and services that enhance their experience on our platform.
By choosing to subscribe to any of our plans, users agree to pay the subscription fees as explicitly described on our platform. The fees are charged on a recurring basis, as specified during the subscription process (for example, monthly or annually). The exact amount and billing frequency will be clearly communicated to users before they finalize their subscription.
Upon subscribing, users authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the subscription fees. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain valid payment information and ensure that the necessary funds are available at the time of billing. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired or invalid payment details, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to suspend the user’s access to the subscription services until successful payment is made.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless and until the user cancels their subscription. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at admin@hypnojojo.com. However, please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, including the features offered and the pricing, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our users in advance, and continued use of the subscription services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the changes.
Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated at the point of sale. If you have any questions or concerns about our subscription plans, please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
HypnoJoJo, LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, our logo, visual design, user interface, graphics, images, text, software, sound files, and other multimedia, as well as the selection, arrangement, structure, coordination, and expression of such content. This also extends to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress that may appear on our platform.
Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, international treaties, laws, and other proprietary rights. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our platform and services for their personal, non-commercial use. This license permits users to download MP3 files for personal use. However, it does not grant rights to upload, distribute, or share these files on any platform, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, Meta (formerly known as Facebook), SoundCloud, or any other social media, content sharing, or digital platform without our explicit written permission. Any such unauthorized use may result in termination of your account and potential legal action.
Users are strictly prohibited from monetizing our content without purchasing a separate commercial license. Any unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, other than as expressly permitted by this agreement, is a breach of this agreement and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to users in and to our platform, services, and content.
By creating and/or uploading content on our platform, users acknowledge and agree that HypnoJoJo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use, monetize, distribute, and create derivative works from such user-generated content. This may include, but is not limited to, using user-generated content for promotional purposes, in marketing materials, or for other commercial purposes. Any revenue generated through these uses will be retained in full by HypnoJoJo. Users will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of their content in these contexts. By uploading content, users grant HypnoJoJo a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their content for these purposes.
If you believe that any content or activity on our platform infringes upon any intellectual property rights that you own or control, or if you discover our content being used or distributed without our permission, please contact us immediately at admin@hypnojojo.com. We take these matters seriously and will take appropriate action, including issuing copyright strikes where necessary, to protect our intellectual property rights.
7. User Feedback & Suggestions
At HypnoJoJo, we truly value the insights and ideas of our users. If you choose to share your feedback or suggestions with us, please know that we appreciate your time and creative effort. We consider such contributions as a testament to our community’s engagement and commitment.
When you share your feedback or suggestions, please understand that:
- We’re excited to hear your thoughts, but we can’t guarantee confidentiality for the ideas you share.
- We’re always working on new things, so it’s possible we might already be considering something similar to your suggestion.
- By sharing your ideas, you’re giving us permission to use them to improve HypnoJoJo. This means we can share, adapt, and build on your suggestions as part of our services, without owing any compensation.

8. Promotions, Contests, Sweepstakes
From time to time, HypnoJoJo may host promotions, contests, or sweepstakes (“Promotional Events”) to engage and reward our community. These Promotional Events may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you choose to participate in these Promotional Events, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.
By participating in any Promotional Event, you will become subject to those rules. We urge you to read the applicable rules, which are linked from the particular activity, and to review our Privacy Policy which, in addition to these Terms & Conditions, governs any information you submit in connection with such activities.
Please note that Promotional Events are intended for fun and engagement. They are not intended to create any binding obligations or contracts between HypnoJoJo and the participants. Any prizes or rewards offered are at the sole discretion of HypnoJoJo and are subject to change.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotional Event at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice to you. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to interfere with the proper running of a Promotional Event in any way.
9. Our Commitment & Disclaimer
At HypnoJoJo, we are committed to providing a high-quality, reliable service. We strive to ensure that our platform is always available, secure, and operating at its best. However, as with any online service, there are certain things we cannot guarantee.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties. This means we can’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every user’s specific needs. We also can’t guarantee that any individual user will achieve particular results from using our service.
While we work hard to keep HypnoJoJo secure and free of bugs or viruses, we can’t guarantee that it will always be completely free of harmful elements. We encourage users to use reliable virus protection software.
Please understand that this disclaimer doesn’t mean we won’t do our best to provide a fantastic user experience. It’s simply a necessary precaution to protect us legally and ensure we can continue to provide our services. We appreciate your understanding.

11. Expanded Payment Terms
When making in-app purchases, buying goods, items, or services, or subscribing to our plans, users agree to the payment terms as outlined below:
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway. Users agree to ensure sufficient funds are available in their account to make the payment.
Failed Payments and Retry Policy: In the case of failed or declined payments, the user’s access to the purchased goods, services, or subscription plans may be suspended. We reserve the right to retry processing the payment. We will make further attempts to charge the payment method on file until successful payment is made or until the user cancels their subscription or purchase. It is the user’s responsibility to update their payment information to prevent failed payments.
Refund Policy: All purchases made on HypnoJoJo are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in the refund policy.
By making a purchase, users confirm that they accept these payment terms.
12. User Conduct
Users of HypnoJoJo and its associated Discord community, known as “The International Safe Station,” are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of others. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation towards other users.
- Posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or cause harm to the platform, its users, or the International Safe Station Discord community.
- Spamming or unsolicited advertising within the platform or the International Safe Station Discord community.
- Any other behavior that violates our community guidelines or disrupts the normal functioning of the platform or the International Safe Station Discord community.
The International Safe Station Discord community will have its own set of rules posted within the server. Violation of the rules of either HypnoJoJo or the International Safe Station Discord community can result in suspension of services and a ban on both platforms, regardless of whether the user has made any purchases. Please note that HypnoJoJo has a strict no-refund policy. In cases where a user is banned for violating our rules, particularly for disruptive or harmful behavior towards others in the Discord community, the decision is final and there is absolutely no possibility of appeal. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards behavior that disrupts the harmony and safety of our community
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, against users who violate these rules. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and wholesome environment for all members of HypnoJoJo and the International Safe Station Discord community.
13. Refunds
At HypnoJoJo, we believe in creating a community that feels like a family. We understand that every family member’s experience matters, and we strive to ensure that your journey with us is nothing short of exceptional. We operate on a no-refund policy, but that doesn’t mean we’re not attentive to your needs and satisfaction.
If for any reason, you find our services not meeting your expectations, we want to hear from you. We value your feedback and see it as an opportunity to improve and grow. We’re committed to making your experience with us the best it can be, and if something’s not up to your standards, we’re ready to make it right.
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credits or free services to ensure you’re getting the value you deserve. This is a special consideration we extend on a case-by-case basis, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction and the trust you’ve placed in us. We’re also open to your suggestions for new features or improvements. We believe in co-creating our platform with our users, and your input helps us make HypnoJoJo better for everyone.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and HypnoJoJo, you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable resolution to any dispute or complaint you might have. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your issue, you can escalate it by contacting us at admin@hypnojojo.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration and not in court. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is personal to you and HypnoJoJo and that any dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of representative proceeding.
The arbitration will be conducted in the United States, in the English language, and in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules which are in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the decision rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
15. Indemnification
As a user of HypnoJoJo, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HypnoJoJo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of HypnoJoJo.
